Every summer we have the great opportunity to bless one family with an Excellent Home Makeover.  In July 2009, we made Goldie's house over.  She had lived in her home on 10th Street in Newport for 50+ years.  She raised 6 kids there and it shows the wear and tear.  The last few years have been hard for Goldie as she has very brittle bones.  She has broken a hip, her wrist and her hand resently.  As a result of these injuries, her house is in disrepair.
